Betty Miller NDD ATD
Betty Miller is an internationally renowned sculptor whose work is
exhibited and enjoyed around the UK and beyond. From her workshop
in East Sussex Betty undertakes commissions for many local organisations
as well as private patrons and is supported by the Arts Council of
Great Britain.
Commissions throughout Betty Miller’s career include portrait
sculptures of Malcolm and Kitty Muggeridge, JB Priestley, Sir David
Brand and John Tonkin – former premiers of Australia, Gordon
Banks – England’s world-cup winning goalkeeper, Fred Trueman,
Michael Parkinson and Dr Alex Vidler.
Her work can now be appreciated in locations as diverse as Chichester
Cathedral, the National Mining Museum of Great Britain and the grounds
of private patrons and in cities around the world including London,
Oxford, Perth and New York. Residents and visitors in the south-east
of England are most likely to see Betty’s exhibitions as East
Sussex has been her base for most of her career.
